Peter Umar is an experienced administrator and people-focused leader with a rich professional background spanning government service, business, politics, and pastoral leadership. Born and raised in Sokoto State, he completed his primary and secondary education there and began his career in 1993 with the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), where he gained foundational experience in workforce development and public service.

In 1996, Peter relocated to Abuja, transitioning into the private sector where he successfully ran his own business. By 2000, his passion for leadership and national development led him into politics, serving under the distinguished Senate President, Chuba Okadigbo. His journey later took a purposeful turn as he embraced pastoral ministry, where he has continued to lead, counsel, and mentor people—skills that translate directly into effective human resource management.

Today, Peter combines his administrative acumen, people management experience, and strong ethical values to oversee HR functions with vision, compassion, and strategic insight.
